About the Role
Rocksport Experience Park is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive corporate and community bookings and generate revenue through B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through corporate sales and B2B client acquisition.
- Build relationships with HRs, corporate decision-makers, communities, clubs and associations.
- Generate leads through networking, corporate meetings, calls and client visits.
- Schedule meetings, present park experiences, negotiate and close bookings.
- Promote events, celebrations and special park experiences.
- Drive client servicing and support on-ground execution of events.
- Build repeat business through strong customer relationships and engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates from any industry with relevant corporate sales experience can apply.
- Robust English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, corporate visits and client meetings.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler is preferred.
- Comfortable working on-ground during events and activations.
