Role & responsibilities
- Source current customers and generate leads for car loan business through dealerships, referrals, and field activities.
- Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and business targets assigned by the organization.
- Conduct customer profiling, document collection, and preliminary credit assessment.
- Coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain customer relationships, provide post-disbursement support, and ensure portfolio quality.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline with sales experience in auto finance, banking, NBFC, or insurance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of car loan products, documentation, and local market dynamics.
