Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with artists, vendors, and partners, and expanding the market’s reach. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, managing outreach campaigns, and nurturing partnerships to drive footfall and revenue.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support events, improve vendor experience, and enhance the overall visitor journey.

Qualifications





- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with artists, vendors, partners, and visitors.
- Proven Lead Generation skills to build and maintain a pipeline of potential collaborators and sponsors.
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for vendors and visitors.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in events, retail, or creative industries.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM or contact management systems, email marketing platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
