About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development & Social Media Executive who can manage our social media presence while also supporting business growth through lead generation, client communication, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, confident, target-oriented, and good at communication. This is a combined role where you will be responsible for both digital marketing/social media activities and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

* Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.

- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Write attractive captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research current social media trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators when required.
- Support Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Business Development & Sales

* Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services.
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the team.




- Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Build robust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly business development reports.

Requirements

* Fresher of experience in Business Development, Sales, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers and handling business discussions.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to create basic social media content using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
