Internship Details

Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru

Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Location: Infantry Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru

Mode: Fully On-site

About the Role

As a Founder's Office Executive, you will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to support key business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on exposure to sales, client acquisition, business strategy, and startup operations while contributing directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Reach out to potential clients and generate leads.

● Understand client requirements and introduce our services.





● Build and maintain positive client relationships.

● Follow up with prospects and support conversions.

● Assist the Founder in business growth initiatives.

● Coordinate client meetings and communications.

● Maintain sales and lead-tracking records.

● Conduct basic market and competitor research.

● Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Who We're Looking For

● Freshers and graduates are welcome

● Robust spoken English is mandatory

● Strong spoken English is mandatory

● Kannada + additional languages are preferred

● Confident, persuasive and comfortable talking to people

● Eager to learn, take ownership and work towards targets

● Professional communication and presentation

● Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru

What You GetDuring Internship:

? ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

After ~6 Months:

? Successful interns can be offered a Full-Time Business Development Executive role

? ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives
