Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

- Maintain and update the database of prospective retail locations and expansion projects.

- Support site acquisition activities through documentation, data collection, and process tracking.

- Assist in preparing proposals, approvals, presentations, and business development reports.

- Maintain records of lease agreements, franchise agreements, and project-related documents.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with landlords, mall management teams, franchise partners, and internal departments for new store development projects.

- Ensure seamless communication between Business Development, Projects, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Negotiation Support

- Assist senior team members during commercial negotiations with landlords and franchise partners.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports related to retail expansion and project status.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Basic negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Attention to detail and documentation management.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate or above

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in Retail Business Development, Store Expansion, Leasing, Real Estate Coordination, or Project Management.

- Freshers with robust analytical and coordination skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
