We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential clients, understand their requirements, and manage the smooth onboarding of new clients.
This role is suitable for freshers who have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a willingness to build a career in business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients and introduce the company's products or services.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with potential clients.
- Assist clients throughout the initial discussion and decision-making process.
- Manage the complete onboarding process for newly acquired clients.
- Collect and coordinate the required information and documents during client onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the client to the respective internal team after onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and onboarding status.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Work towards assigned client acquisition and onboarding targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online communication platforms.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work towards assigned targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience may be considered.
- Any graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills may apply.
- Candidates with relevant knowledge or educational background in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Branding, or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
