About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Executive Search & Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential corporate clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Business Heads.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Schedule client meetings and support the BD team in business discussions.
- Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales activity reports.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.




- Freshers with robust communication and sales interest are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client interaction.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, LinkedIn, and CRM tools is an advantage.
