About FTAIFinancial Therapy Association of India® (FTAI) is a professional organisation focused on advancing financial counselling, financial therapy, financial well-being, professional education, and responsible financial decision-making.

FTAI offers professional education programmes including Certified Financial Counsellor (CFC), Certified Financial Therapy Professional (CFTP), and other specialised programmes in finance, financial well-being, behavioural finance and related areas.

We are expanding our professional network and are looking for Business Development Partners who can help us reach professionals, students, institutions and individuals interested in financial education and professional development.

Role PurposeThe Business Development Partner will be responsible for developing business opportunities for FTAI through the promotion and enrolment of:

- FTAI online courses
- Professional certification programmes
- Membership programmes
- Workshops and webinars
- Professional development programmes
- Institutional training opportunities
- Other FTAI education and professional-development offerings

The role is primarily focused on relationship building, lead generation, outreach, counselling prospective learners and members, and converting qualified prospects into FTAI students or members. Key Responsibilities1.

Course

Promotion & Enrolment

- Promote FTAI's online courses and certification programmes.
- Generate prospective student leads through personal networks, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and professional outreach.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, learning outcomes and programme advantages.
- Follow up with prospective learners.
- Support the enrolment process.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students.

DevelopmentPromote FTAI membership opportunities among:
- Financial professionals
- Bankers
- Insurance professionals
- Mutual Fund Distributors
- Investment professionals
- Financial advisors
- Counsellors
- Trainers
- Students
- Entrepreneurs
- Academicians
- Other professionals interested in financial well-being and financial education.

3. Professional Networking




- Build relationships with professionals and organisations.
- Identify potential institutional and corporate partnerships.
- Participate in networking events, webinars and qualified forums.
- Develop referral relationships.
- Represent FTAI professionally in relevant networking environments.

4. Digital Business DevelopmentUse appropriate digital channels to generate awareness and leads, including:
- LinkedIn
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Social media
- Online communities
- Professional networks
- Webinars and virtual events

5. Prospect CounsellingThe Business Development Partner should be able to understand a prospect's:
- Professional background
- Career objectives
- Learning requirements
- Interest in financial counselling/therapy
- Professional development goals
