About FundEdge Solutions

FundEdge Solutions is a growing financial advisory firm based in Kolkata, working with businesses and promoters across areas of business finance, credit advisory, financial structuring, and growth-related financial decisions.

As we expand, we are looking for a high-potential, ambitious, and responsible individual who wants to learn, take ownership, and grow along with the firm.

This is not a conventional back-office position. The role provides exposure to business owners, financial institutions, professionals, and real-world business finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research prospective business clients and new business opportunities.
- Assist in business development through calls, outreach and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow up on active opportunities.
- Maintain an organised database of prospects, clients and business leads.
- Support ongoing client assignments through coordination and communication.
- Handle basic day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, Excel workings, documents and other business material when required.
- Gradually develop an understanding of financial statements, business finance, credit, and financial advisory.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute ideas towards the growth of FundEdge Solutions.

- Who We're Looking For

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business,



Management, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and general computer applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Self-motivated, organised and willing to take initiative.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in financial services.
- Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, CA firms, Financial Services, Insurance or B2B Sales will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
