Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive HNI & Ultra HNI client acquisition, relationship management, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, self-sourcing, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant products and services.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM and client records.

Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
- HNI/UHNI client acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of generating business independently.




- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products preferred.
- Preference for candidates from Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
