Business Development We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
2. Conduct product demos, presentations, and discussions to effectively showcase our offerings and meet client needs.
3. Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products,
and customer needs to effectively sell our product.
5. Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring the terms of sales agreements align with company policies.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress toward sales goals.
7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and service delivery for clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
