We’re looking for a sharp, high-ownership professional to work directly with the founders on high-priority business problems across growth, operations, strategy, category and recent initiatives.
This is not a role where strategy ends in a presentation. You’ll be expected to take problems from analysis to execution.
What you’ll do
Work directly with founders on strategic initiatives
Analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities
Build business cases, financial models and decision frameworks
Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end
Conduct market, customer and competitor research
Identify new channels, categories and efficiency opportunities
Work with functional leaders to drive execution
What we’re looking for
2–4 years in consulting, startups, D2C, e-commerce or consumer businesses
Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Comfortable with numbers, business metrics and financial models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
High ownership, independence and bias for action
MBA/PGDM from a robust institution preferred
