About CURENGO
CURENGO is a purpose-built healthcare SaaS platform for the post-hospitalization care ecosystem, including inpatient rehabilitation, transitional care, assisted living, long-term care and related care providers. The platform brings clinical workflows, patient records, care coordination, operations, billing and analytics into one connected digital system.

6. Prospect identification and data scouting
7. Build the target database: Research, verify and continuously update a city-level database of qualified organizations and key stakeholders.
8. Qualify opportunities: Assess care segment, number of beds or centres, current systems, operating challenges, buying authority, budget readiness and likely implementation timeline.
9. Maintain prospect intelligence: Record contacts, conversations, requirements, objections, next actions and deal stage accurately in the prescribed tracking system.
10. Outreach, networking and relationship development
11. Execute multi-channel outreach: Use field visits, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals and professional networks to secure meaningful customer meetings.
12. Build local connections: Develop relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, industry associations, ecosystem partners and relevant referral networks.
13. Create market visibility: Participate in suitable local meetings, conferences and networking forums while maintaining a professional CURENGO presence.
14. Product demonstrations and consultative selling
15. Understand customer needs: Diagnose workflow, documentation, coordination, billing, operational and reporting gaps before proposing the solution.
16. Deliver demonstrations: Present CURENGO clearly to clinical, operational, administrative and leadership stakeholders, with support from the central team when needed.
17. Connect value to pain points: Explain how the product improves care continuity, accountability, operational visibility, documentation quality and management control.
18. Manage objections:
Respond confidently to questions on features, implementation, adoption, commercials, data security and future roadmap, escalating technical queries appropriately.
19. Trial activation and opportunity progression
20. Plan each trial: Agree on users, scope, success criteria, review cadence and decision timeline before activating a trial account.
21. Drive active usage: Ensure the customer's key users complete onboarding, explore relevant workflows and use the trial meaningfully.
22. Review progress: Track usage, collect feedback, coordinate issue resolution and keep all stakeholders aligned on next steps.
23. Prevent stalled trials: Follow up with discipline and create a clear path from trial completion to commercial decision.
24. Conversion and commercial closure
25. Advance qualified deals: Build urgency, align stakeholders and move opportunities through the funnel with clear dates and responsibilities.
26. Coordinate proposals: Work with head office on scope, pricing, commercials, documentation and approvals.
27. Close business: Secure confirmation, complete commercial formalities and hand over complete customer requirements for implementation.
28. Own revenue outcomes: Remain accountable for conversion, new recurring revenue and agreed city-level sales targets.
29. Customer onboarding, adoption and retention
30. Coordinate onboarding: Connect the customer with product, implementation and support teams; ensure required data, users and workflows are ready.
31. Support early adoption: Stay close to decision-makers and users during the initial period, identify adoption risks and coordinate timely resolution.
32. Build account relationships: Conduct structured check-ins, understand evolving needs and ensure customers continue to recognize product value.
33. Protect retention: Monitor usage, satisfaction and unresolved concerns; initiate recovery actions before an account becomes inactive or at risk.
34. Identify expansion: Explore additional branches, modules, teams or use cases after successful adoption.
35. Reporting, discipline and market feedback
