Classic Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate recent business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for our domestic recruitment and staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies that have regular hiring requirements.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, references, and networking .
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Owners.
- Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active accounts.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, recruitment sales, staffing, or B2B sales.
- Experience in domestic recruitment/staffing sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation .
- Ability to independently generate and close corporate clients.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
- Candidates from recruitment agencies, staffing companies, or HR services firms are preferred.

- Number of new corporate leads generated.
- Number of HR/client meetings conducted.
- New clients acquired.
