We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers with a robust background in Domestic IT/Non-IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing existing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for staffing and recruitment services across India.

Hybrid - 02 days onsite weekly (Noida or Pune Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire recent clients for domestic staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Generate business through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, MSAs, and rate cards with clients.
- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.




- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the staffing industry.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 plus years of experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment / IT Staffing Sales.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation in staffing services.
- Strong network of clients across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, or other industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling enterprise accounts and strategic clients.
- Good understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
