Looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth for Trrivox Crreative by identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into projects.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients across manufacturing, corporate, industrial, hospitality, jewellery, fashion, textile, retail, FMCG and other relevant industries.

- Generate recent leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, references, meetings and other business development channels.

- Approach decision-makers such as owners, directors, marketing heads, brand managers, HR heads and communication teams.

- Understand the client's business, requirements, marketing objectives and content needs.

- Present Trrivox Crreative's services and prepare suitable proposals or presentations for prospective clients.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.





- Convert qualified leads into paid projects and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects until closure.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the creative, production and social media teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.

- Maintain an updated database/CRM of leads, prospects, meetings, follow-ups, proposals and conversions.

- Identify upcoming projects, campaigns, events and content requirements within target companies.

- Explore corporate partnerships, vendor registrations, industry associations, exhibitions and networking opportunities.

- Track competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.

- Regularly report lead generation, meetings, pipeline value, conversions and revenue to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
