Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Chennai

What you'll do:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners
- Conduct regular meetings with doctors to generate patient referrals
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and develop current business opportunities and partnerships
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve performance
- Support marketing initiatives and local outreach activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor appointments, scheduling, and patient flow
- Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

What we need:





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Healthcare/Management preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in handling targets and business development
- Ability to manage operations and lead a team
