Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Executive who is a go getter. Should have experience in B2B sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service.
● Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.
● Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.
● Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate recent Business. ● Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
● Manage product sales growth and individual sales effectiveness by reviewing sales activity schedule.
● Establishing the annual and monthly sales target in accordance with the business Goals
● Planning and Execution of the sales targets
● Responsible for the successfully fulfilling the needs of the customers in order to meet the goals and objectives
● Stay updated with the latest market trends and the strategies followed by the competitor company.
● Should maintain a high profile in the professional and business communities.
● Onsite software demonstrations, the proposition of product, solution, and service offerings.
● Extensive knowledge of the company’s products and also of the wider IT Marketplace. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
● Candidates should be able to sell Software Products.

● Experience of selling Core Banking Software / Accounting Software/ ERP/ HMS/ TMS Software would be a plus point
