Job Title: Business Development Manager – Exhibition Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads for exhibition stand design & construction projects

Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects

Build and maintain strong client relationships (exhibitors, brand managers, event teams)

Research upcoming trade shows/exhibitions to identify prospective clients

Understand client requirements and coordinate with design team for proposals/quotations

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals

Represent company at exhibitions and industry networking events

Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality project execution

Maintain CRM/sales reports and pipeline tracking

Follow up post-event for feedback, repeat business, and referrals

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Exhibition/events industry knowledge (preferred)

Target-driven, positive networking ability

Willingness to travel

Qualification : Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field; 2-5 years experience preferred

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
