Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect current clients through cold calling (primary channel), Linked In, and email outreach
Build and manage target lists across EV, commercial vehicle, agriculture, and industrial OEM sectors
Receive, groom, and qualify all inbound inquiries exhibitions, referrals, and website
Run ICP qualification on every lead before investing time : no unqualified leads enter the pipeline
Map key stakeholders at every active account.
Brief the technical team before every client call; debrief after to capture intelligence
Maintain regular account communication and keep the Champion equipped throughout the cycle
Co-present at close with the technical lead; manage PO process on a win
Update CRM after every touchpoint and submit weekly pipeline reports
Requirements
6-10 years of B2 B sales or business development experience for tier-2 or tier-1 automative component manufacturers (tractor, bus )
Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products preferred
Comfortable making 8-10 cold calls per day.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
