We're inviting hospitality graduates to join us as a Business Development Intern and lead on-ground market research across the hotel industry.

This is a hands-on, real-world internship — not shadowing, not paperwork. You'll engage directly with decision-makers at premium hotels, understand real operational challenges, and help shape a product built for the industry — with a genuine path to a full-time role at the end of it.

What You'll Own

✅ Visit 3-star and 5-star hotels to conduct structured market research

✅ Engage with General Managers, Front Office Managers & Operations Heads to understand current systems and pain points

✅ Present and demonstrate our upcoming Hotel Management Software to hotel stakeholders

✅ Collect and document structured feedback from each property visited





✅ Deliver insights and visit reports that directly shape our product strategy

What Makes You a Great Fit

? Graduate/final-year student in Hotel Management

?️ Confident communicator — fluent in Telugu, working proficiency in English

? Presentable, articulate, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders face-to-face

? Energetic and willing to travel extensively across the region
