Role Description The Business Development Intern will support MantraCare’s growth initiatives by assisting with lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building with potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing reports and presentations that inform sales strategies and partnerships. The intern will help maintain CRM records, coordinate follow-ups with prospects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business pitches and proposals.

This is an internship role that is on-site and based in New Delhi,



providing hands-on exposure to business development in a quick-paced health technology workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Lead generation skills, with an interest in prospecting, pipeline building, and supporting sales outreach activities.
- Market research capabilities, including competitive analysis, segment profiling, and understanding customer needs.
- Customer service skills to support professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions with prospects and partners.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in health tech, digital healthcare, or wellness solutions and a desire to grow in business development roles.
