About the Role

We're looking for a driven BDE Intern to help us identify, reach out to, and convert prospective clients primarily CPA firms and businesses in North America, Australia, and Singapore looking for outsourced accounting support. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to international B2B sales.

Responsibilities

Research and build prospect lists (CPA firms, accounting practices, SMBs) using LinkedIn, directories, and other tools

Conduct cold outreach via email and calls to generate qualified leads

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in our tracking system





Support the founder in scheduling and prepping for discovery calls

Help refine outreach scripts, email templates, and messaging based on response data

Track outreach metrics (calls made, emails sent, response/conversion rates)

Requirements

Solid written and verbal English communication skills

Comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing

Basic understanding of (or willingness to learn) sales/business development concepts

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel; CRM experience is a plus

Available to work in shifts aligned with North America/Australia time zones (as needed)
