About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and proactive Marketplace & Social Media Executive who can manage online marketplace listings, improve our social media presence, create engaging designs, and handle customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- List and manage products across various online marketplaces
- Manage, Optimise and update marketplace listings regularly
- Handle social media posting across platforms like Instagram and Facebook
- Help improve and grow the brand’s social media presence and engagement
- Create social media posts, stories, banners, and basic creatives using Canva
- Respond to customer enquiries, DMs, and comments professionally and promptly
- Keep track of trends and suggest current social media content ideas

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Social Media,



Marketplace Management, canva, or E-commerce
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset and open to learn
