Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Pune Division.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and support revenue growth across branding, digital marketing, and design services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, and tracking market trends to inform business strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of business and commercial acumen, including sales processes, revenue goals, and client lifecycle management.
- Experience in account management, including managing client expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and driving upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Prior experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or related creative services is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
