Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Upwork Bidder who can generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying quality leads, writing winning proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. Successful Upwork bidders typically tailor each proposal to the client's requirements rather than relying on generic templates.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Write customized and compelling proposals.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Communicate with international clients through Upwork messages and meetings.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and daily bidding reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of Upwork bidding experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Blockchain, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Experience using CRM or Excel for lead tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Knowledge of Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or PeoplePerHour is an added advantage.
