Tecneural Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Madurai .

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Software Sales, IT Business Development, and Service Project Handling .

? Key Requirement

Candidates must have sales & support services knowledge in any 2 of the following domains :

? AI Products & Solutions

⛓️ Blockchain Products & Solutions

⚙️ DevOps Products & Infrastructure Services

? What You'll Do

- Generate and develop recent business opportunities
- Handle B2B software sales and client relationships
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct client calls, presentations, demos, proposals and negotiations
- Coordinate with technical teams for project requirements and delivery
- Handle software service projects and client follow-ups
- Drive lead conversion,



sales closure and business growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

? What We're Looking For

✅ Prior experience in Software Sales / IT Business Development

✅ Experience in software service project handling

✅ Knowledge of any 2: AI / Blockchain / DevOps

✅ Excellent English communication and speaking skills

✅ Strong presentation, negotiation and client-management skills

✅ Ability to work with technical teams and understand technology solutions
