Experience:* Freshers & Experienced – Both Welcome

Salary

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000/month

Salary will be based on skills & experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients for recruitment & placement services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn and market research.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for suitable candidate sourcing.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct client visits and meetings to understand hiring needs and promote placement services.




- Maintain regular communication and ensure excellent client engagement & relationship management.
- Achieve assigned business development and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain client and lead data, follow-ups and reports using MS Excel & MS Word.
- Keep track of market trends and identify new companies/business segments for potential recruitment partnerships.
