Role: Business Development Executive – Event Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads from corporate clients.
- Identify and acquire clients for corporate events, conferences, offsites, product launches, and employee engagement programs.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage client follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.





Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Event Sales, Event Management, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
