About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, generate qualified leads, and build long-term professional relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with calling and follow-ups, proactive in generating opportunities, and driven towards achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling, LinkedIn, email, references, networking, and other channels.
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers and potential clients.
- Conduct outbound calls and introduce Real Property's services.
- Understand client requirements related to office spaces, retail spaces, commercial properties, industrial spaces, land, investments, and other property requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Sourcing teams to fulfil client requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and client information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Track leads from initial interaction through meetings and conversion.
- Prepare regular updates on calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings,



and opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development and lead-generation targets.

Qualification -

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development will be an added advantage

Experience - 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
