We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, target-oriented and passionate about sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Connect with founders, CEOs, business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand prospects' requirements and pitch Pitchgle's services accordingly.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle basic negotiations and move prospects towards closure.
- Coordinate with the BDM and operations team for client onboarding.
- Build strong and qualified relationships with prospects and clients.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.




- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and online communication tools.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
