Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead with solid expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, NestJS, AWS, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a mix of Technical Leadership (50%) and Individual Contribution (50%). The candidate will manage client interactions, lead a development team, own end-to-end delivery, conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and actively contribute to application development.

Leadership & Delivery Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery.
Act as the primary client-facing technical lead.
Manage and mentor the development team.
Support developers in resolving day-to-day technical challenges.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
Ensure quality, timelines, and engineering best practices.





Technical Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, and NestJS.
Build microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Develop REST APIs and backend services.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Implement Redux Toolkit for state management.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Harness, or similar tools.
Work closely with UI/UX teams.
Remain hands-on as a 50% Individual Contributor.
