IndiaP2P is a growing FinTech company providing a technology-driven P2P lending platform.
We are looking for an HR Executive with at least 6 months of experience in field staff hiring and bulk recruitment. The role involves handling high-volume hiring, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for field staff
End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
Screen and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Coordinate with Branch/Area Managers for hiring requirements
Manage joining and onboarding formalities
Maintain recruitment records and documentation
Support day-to-day HR operations
Skills Required:
Minimum 6 months of experience in field staff hiring/bulk hiring
Positive communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Valuable MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring targets
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
