We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive – Recruitment to manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves understanding hiring requirements, preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing qualified candidates through job portals and skilled networks, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
The HR Executive will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment activities, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely closure of open positions. The role also includes preparing recruitment reports, coordinating offer documentation, supporting employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, robust organizational abilities, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies effectively while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
