Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Raipur. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee and manage the sales and marketing teams, develop and execute sales strategies, and enhance account management processes.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, managing sales operations,



and leading and mentoring the sales team. The role will also involve working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Proven Sales experience and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Team Management and leadership skills to guide and mentor the sales team
Effective Sales Management skills to oversee and optimize sales operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the nutraceutical or organic supplements industry is a plus
