We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR & Operations Intern to support the team in HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, documentation, and day-to-day operational tasks.
The role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to both people management and business operations while working closely with the internal team.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment
Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
Operations
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Maintain trackers, records, and internal documentation.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities.
Support management with operational and coordination requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
