Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, handling both IT and Non-IT profiles.
Must have valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment platforms.
Must be capable of closing at least 2–3 positions per month.
Minimum target of sourcing 15 relevant candidate profiles per day.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain proper recruitment data and daily activity reports.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong candidate sourcing and screening ability.
Knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with monthly hiring targets and deadlines.
