Handle end-to-end recruitment for Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, Job Leaders, loaders, and other operational positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and operational needs.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the hiring team.
Complete candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Handle employee queries and support basic HR-related requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and manpower agencies for recruitment requirements when required.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
