Key Responsibility:
Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless experience for new interns and employees.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
Support attendance tracking, leave management, and other day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Help prepare HR reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and update candidate databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies while handling sensitive employee information with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.




Robust verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
Willingness to learn HR processes and work in a rapid-paced, team-orientated environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career in human resources.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
