Role Overview :
We are looking for a senior HR leader and practitioner-trainer who can:
Design and lead end-to-end HR training programs
Deliver practical, job-oriented learning
Build a scalable training vertical
Enable real employability outcomes
This is a builder role, not just a trainer.

Program Design & Curriculum Development
Create modular, outcome-driven curriculum
Training Delivery (Practical & Hands-on)
Recruitment Training (Core Focus)
HR Operations & Payroll
Compliance & Labour Law Training
Live Exposure & Placement Readiness
Outcome Ownership
Mentorship & Team Development
Business Contribution
Required Experience & Skills
10–18+ years in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
Strong exposure to IT & Non-IT Recruitment, Payroll & Compliance, HR Operations
Hands-on experience in: o PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law compliance
Proven experience in team handling / mentoring / training
Robust communication & presentation skills
