Key Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Study drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project scope.
Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and execution strategy.
Ensure smooth site mobilization and timely project execution.
Supervise installation of HVAC systems including VRF, chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestone achievement.

Site Coordination & Management
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, and vendors.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates.
Manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively.
Ensure availability of materials as per project schedule.

Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
Implement safety procedures as per site requirements.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing & commissioning.

Cost Control & Documentation
Monitor project costs and prevent budget overruns.




Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement sheets.
Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and approvals.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

For Project Manager (Additional Responsibilities)
Lead multiple HVAC projects simultaneously
Overall responsibility for project profitability and client satisfaction.
Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Final project handover and closure documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Knowledge of HVAC drawings, components, and installation practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accordingly.
Familiarity with safety practices and quality standards on construction sites.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
