Unified CX Solutions is looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle Inbound calls from existing Canadian customers.
Full time positions available (6 day work week)
Shifts available between 4pm-10am IST
Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required

Requirements The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven.
Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication




Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time
Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call
Experience in the telecommunications industry an asset
