ORAM Salt is looking for a confident and enthusiastic In-Store Sales Promoter to represent our product at The Grocer Central, Peelamedu, Coimbatore.

The role is primarily focused on interacting with customers, explaining ORAM Bamboo Salt and driving in-store sales.

Responsibilities
Approach and engage customers in the store
Introduce ORAM Bamboo Salt and explain the product clearly
Explain its features and everyday cooking uses
Answer customer questions confidently
Encourage customers to purchase the product
Maintain a neat and attractive ORAM product display
Keep track of daily sales
Work towards sales targets

Requirements
Valuable spoken English is required
Good Tamil communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Friendly, energetic and presentable




Solid communication and selling skills
Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets
Previous retail, supermarket, FMCG or promoter experience is preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

Compensation Fixed Monthly Salary + Sales Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on sales performance — the more you sell, the more you can earn.
