Experience: 3–5 years

Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising and managing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
Monitor cleanliness of rooms, common areas, washrooms, offices, and other facility areas.
Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals, equipment, and inventory.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments for facility-related requirements.
Handle housekeeping complaints and ensure timely resolution.




Maintain daily checklists, inspection reports, inventory records, and other documentation.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.

Qualification & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Housekeeping, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
Positive leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, hygiene, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
