Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current institutional customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, events, and direct outreach.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets.
Connect with decision-makers such as principals, deans, HODs, lab heads, STEM coordinators, and management.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right STEM, robotics, electronics, training, and technology solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, presentations/demos, proposals, negotiation, follow-ups, and closure.
Build strong relationships with institutions and drive repeat business.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Represent Robocraze at education events, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, institutional sales, or related roles.




Strong interest and hands-on experience in outbound sales and new customer acquisition.
Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
Ability to independently identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process.
Basic understanding of CRM, sales pipeline management, pricing, and forecasting.
Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and Word
Fluency in English and Hindi is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel for business meetings.

Good to Have Experience in EdTech, STEM education, robotics/electronics, training & development, skill development, technology products, solution selling, or institutional/B2B sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
