Basic understanding of Boiler Insulation and refractory materials, applications, and industry best installation practices for thermal power plant projects.
Familiarity with insulation thickness calculations and heat loss concepts .
Review of insulation and refractory specifications, drawings, datasheets, and vendor documents.
Assist in the engineering, design review, and execution of boiler insulation and refractory systems for thermal power plant projects.
Prepare and check material take-offs (MTO), BOQs, and technical inputs for procurement activities.
Coordinate with boiler, ducting, structural, piping, and layout teams for interface engineering.




Monitor vendor engineering activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Support preparation of customer submission documents and address customer comments.
Participate in technical evaluations of insulation and refractory vendors.
Assist in resolving site engineering issues related to insulation and refractory works.
Shall be able to independently handle the assignments and responsible for the schedule and accuracy of the deliverables.
Shall possess valuable communication skills and attitude to work in a cooperative setting.
