Zaish Architects is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in architecture, design, and 3D visualization, with a willingness to learn and work on diverse projects

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
Prepare 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Create and develop 3D architectural models and presentations.
Assist in design development from concept to execution.
Coordinate with senior architects and consultants.
Prepare working drawings and documentation.
Participate in site visits and understand on-site execution.
Assist in material, finishes, and design selections.
Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Location: Chennai

Position: Junior Architect

Experience: Freshers / 02 Year

Skills Required




B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling software.
Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software is an advantage.
Basic understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
Good design sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good communication and time-management skills.
