Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including engaging educational institutions, corporate partners, and training clients.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting academy offerings to prospective partners. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.





The Business Development

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align proposals, pricing, and delivery with client needs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and market feedback to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
- Solid understanding of Business development fundamentals and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or services sectors.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to document and track business activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Resilience, negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
