About the Role

Happy Locate is looking for energetic and result-oriente d Business Development Executiv es to expand our partner network for ou r International Pet Relocati on business.



This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for building relationships with veterinarians, pet clinics, pet hostels, and other pet industry partners to generate qualified leads.

Candidates with experience a s Medical Representatives, Field Sales Executives, Business Development Executiv es, o r fresh inter ns with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboa rd veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, pet hostels, pet boarding facilities, and pet-related busines s

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to generate leads for International Pet Relocation services

Conduct regular field visits and meetings with potential partners

Generate qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up with the internal sales team

Maintain records of daily visits, partner interactions, and lead status

Represent the company professionally and strengthen Happy Locate's presence in the assigned territory

Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Medical Representative, or a similar customer-facing role

Freshers/Interns with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.

Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Good networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
